To worship God in complete and total silence for 45+ hours. The heart behind this event is to encounter and hear from God in a way that we simply will not amidst the normal "noise." Complete disconnection from it is part of our worship and our freedom.

To remind ourselves that even the "good" noise of life that comes from a sister, spouse, best friend, neighbor - or even favorite music - pales in comparison to the voice of God through His Word when we worship Him with the sacrifice of complete silence.

Founded in 2019, REST Silent Retreats has become the thing that busy and high-achieving women have always needed and didn't know it.  God's goodness and faithfulness has proven again and again that He is not only is all we need, but He can handle the world and all its demands without us while we disconnect to reconnect with Him.
